  2. Include screenshots, transaction IDs, dates and exact URLs of affected pages
  3. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  4. Full investigation completed within 48 hours
  5. If the claim is valid → immediate correction + public correction note + thank-you mention (optional)
