- Any violation of our Editorial Policy
How to Submit a Complaint (Step by Step)
- Email us at complaints@best-binary-brokers.com
- Include screenshots, transaction IDs, dates and exact URLs of affected pages
- We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Full investigation completed within 48 hours
- If the claim is valid → immediate correction + public correction note + thank-you mention (optional)

Broker Complaints
If your complaint is about a broker’s behavior (delayed withdrawal, account block, etc.), forward us the correspondence. We will:

- Update the review with your case (anonymized)
- Contact the broker publicly if necessary
